Balancing and Opening the Seven Chakras

Balancing and Opening the Seven Chakras

Chakras can be traced back between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest Indian scriptures, the Vedas. The Sanskrit word chakra translates to “wheel” where the energies gather. Our chakra system is where energy flows through us.  Within these chakras is ‘prana,’ or the ultimate pure healing energy, to keep us healthy and happy.

Firstly, maintaining the energy of our chakras is so important to our health and well-being.  Secondly, addressing any blockages you have within your chakras allows for the flow of energy. It is the belief that when the chakras are open and aligned, our energy is constantly flowing naturally allowing prana to move through your body.  Consequently, it’s important to know about each chakra and it’s purpose.
