Dairy Free Gluten Free Alfredo Pasta

When you are craving alfredo pasta but don’t want the heavy dairy having you regret eating it, try some dairy-free alfredo pasta.


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons GF flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast or more flour
  • Black pepper, to taste
