Adrenal Fatigue Smoothie

This smoothie contains specially chosen ingredients to help the adrenal glands reoccur and support your health and well-being.


  • 2 Cups, Spinach, Fresh
  • 1 Cup, Coconut Water, Unsweetened
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Cauliflower florets, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp, Turmeric, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp, Flax Oil

Adaptogenic herbs are optional

Some Adaptogenic Herbs

  • Panax Ginseng
  • Holy Basil
  • Ashwagandha
  • Astragalus root
  • Licorice root
  • Rhodiola
  • Cordycep mushrooms


Step 1: Place spinach, coconut water, and orange in a blender. Puree until smooth.

Step 2: Add pineapple, cauliflower, turmeric, flax oil, and any adaptogenic herb, if using. Blend Again.

Tip: If using adaptogenic herbs, use according to package directions for a specific type and always check with your doctor before using as some may cause interaction with prescriptions. Research these herbs before using.
